I keep getting a message saying my watch has disconnected via Bluetooth from my note 20. I have a galaxy watch 3 and have tried clearing my gear app cache and restarting my phone, that worked for about a day, but it's started doing it again. My watch is also up to date with the most recently update. What can I do to solve this?
I'd try to unpair and pair it again
or submit an error report if it keeps disconnecting even after unpairing
Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports
Go to settings, then apps and search for Galaxy. In the list see if you have something like galaxy watch plugin. Tap on it and go to battery. Here is an image of what mine is set to.
