I purchased a Galaxy watch 4 Classic, because I like the newest Samsung products. This is my 4th Samsung watch, and I wish I never bought it. I bought it with the understanding that It would last 2-2 1/2 days on a single charge. I can't get 12 hours on a single charge. I had to buy a second charger for work to keep it charged. I charge it to 100% every morning, and 8 hrs later it's below 20%. It will not last overnight, even after setting everything to save the battery life recommended by Samsung, but nothing works. I don't do a lot with the apps like I did on my Galaxy watch 46". I've stopped using the 4 and now went back to my Galaxy watch this was supposed to be replacing.

I have the watch 4 Classic 46mm, and mine lasts almost 3 days. I shut off all the background stuff. Maybe try contacting customer service for some troubleshooting or a possible replacement?

There was a recent update. I'm having g the same issues with the regular Watch4. Before the update, I was getting 2 1/2 days.

Looking back, it started after an update.

Battery life has been great since the CUID update. HR 10 minute reporting broke though. Only the continuous option works.

I am not a heavy user but the only thing I have turned off is AOD and I put HR on manual.  If I do not exercise the watch would be typically 50 to 40 percent end of day.  The biggest issue is exercise using GPS and music.  A 90 minute session uses 40 to 43 percent of battery life.  Always put it on the charger during shower so I can get through the day. These battery life figures manufacturers throw out there, including Garmin, is if you dumb everything down and just use it to tell time.  $15 dollar Timex would do the same thing.

I'm always on my watch and my battery lasts me a couple days. If you're running AOD that will burn your battery.

Hi I have a list of solutions that I did on my Galaxy Watch4 and my battery life DRASTICALLY improved. It used to be that my Watch4 would go from 100% to 70% during about an hour of inactivity. Now it takes about 3-4 hours for the same drainage. These changes don't even take away from the enjoyment of using the watch either, they're more minor things that you prolly don't even pay much attention to. But if anyone needs help then here's the list I made. The model I'm using: 44mm Galaxy Watch4 LTEScreenshot_20220112-183656_Samsung Notes_20912_1642034228.png
