I purchased a Galaxy watch 4 Classic, because I like the newest Samsung products. This is my 4th Samsung watch, and I wish I never bought it. I bought it with the understanding that It would last 2-2 1/2 days on a single charge. I can't get 12 hours on a single charge. I had to buy a second charger for work to keep it charged. I charge it to 100% every morning, and 8 hrs later it's below 20%. It will not last overnight, even after setting everything to save the battery life recommended by Samsung, but nothing works. I don't do a lot with the apps like I did on my Galaxy watch 46". I've stopped using the 4 and now went back to my Galaxy watch this was supposed to be replacing.

Galaxy WatchHello, I understand how frustrating this can be. Here is an article to help troubleshoot battery issues on your watch. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003232
If you continue having battery issues after completing the troubleshooting, it would be recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

Galaxy WatchI am not a heavy user but the only thing I have turned off is AOD and I put HR on manual. If I do not exercise the watch would be typically 50 to 40 percent end of day. The biggest issue is exercise using GPS and music. A 90 minute session uses 40 to 43 percent of battery life. Always put it on the charger during shower so I can get through the day. These battery life figures manufacturers throw out there, including Garmin, is if you dumb everything down and just use it to tell time. $15 dollar Timex would do the same thing.
