Bought the new galaxy watch 4 few weeks ago but for some reason, it wasn't getting any signal  ( LTE DATA ) so I couldn't make any calls or send a message when I didn't have my phone nearby, I am getting a replacement and I hope it works, otherwise ' I will  be returning it and staying with my old one ....

I'm having the same issue. I have a separate line just for the watch and I can't call or text unless it's connected to my phone.

The LTE data only works for if you have your phone paired to your phone number if you don't have that then it ain't going to work unless you have Bluetooth so you going to have to call your phone company and let him know that you're not receiving no calls

My watch has its own line and it is paired with my phone but still, my watch should work even if I don't have my phone nearby

Explain to us with them why we at being charged for plans of service that don't work as standalone devices. If Tmobile charges for this service then they need to provide the service...I know it isn't you but it's the company you work for.

If you look under my issue and have Sprint/Tmobile like I do, you'll find your answer. That carrier is selling the LTE version, sticking you with a plan that is useless. Your watch is just an expensive BT option with them. Fraudulent way to sell the watches, put you in a contract and make you pay for plans that they are not providing a service for.
