Galaxy watch 4 delay showing call and messages on watch

Iam using s22 ultra with galaxy watch 4 and i am getting bug on my watch while receiving calls and

Does anyone else notice a delay in when a text comes thru on cell phone and then the notification on the watch? I am seeing a big delay, about 5 minutes or more sometimes.

I'm actually getting the haptic notification on my watch a split second before my phone is lighting up with the notification.
