Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy watch 4 not pairing to your device via Bluetooth. If your watch will not pair to a phone, or if it randomly disconnects, restart your watch. You should also make sure the Galaxy wearable app is up to date, but it may be necessary to reset the app and unpair your watch. Give this link a try for troubleshooting steps for watches that won't connect: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003238/

If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would reset the network settings on your watch. Please know this will remove any saved Bluetooth and Wi-Fi networks on your device. Give these steps a try:

  1. From the home screen, swipe up to open the menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap General management.
  4. Tap Reset.
  5. Tap Reset network settings.
  6. Tap Reset settings.

Another thing to try would be pairing your watch to another phone or tablet that has Bluetooth. This will help us rule out whether the watch or the device you are pairing it to is causing the Bluetooth connectivity symptoms.

If you are pairing your watch with a Samsung phone, the next step would be to reach out to our customer service team directly at 1-800-726-7864 so they remote into your phone and troubleshoot the symptoms you are experiencing.

If you are using a non-Samsung device the next step would be a service repair. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
