Galaxy WatchHi there i can see I'm not the first one with this issue. My watch was working fine last night. Barometer and altimeter was working. Now this morning the wake up gesture isn't working and gyro isn't working and neither is the heart rate monitor. This is ridiculous it has to be a software glitch or something. Samsung please let me know why this is happening. I am very disappointed. The more I search the more I see a lot of people with exactly the same issue.

Galaxy WatchYes I tried resetting it via the app. Then via the watch settings and via the one where you force restore it by rebooting and pressing power button 3 times selecting restore. How is it possible for these sensors to go after 15 months.

Galaxy WatchI doubt a repair is necessary as last night when the battery was flat all day I put it on charge and switched it on while on charge and everything was fine again. Screen rotation barometer step counter everything worked 100 percent. Till this morning. I just noticed that the samsung plugin which was always the same now says no longer compatible with this device. So it must be software. It is the Sm-r800 model. And I'm still on software version r800xxu1dsl1/r800oxa1dsl1.

Galaxy WatchI'm working with someone who has the same watch and their watch did exactly the same last week. She received an update on the watch app and watch is now working perfectly. No issues whatsoever.

Galaxy Watchfor some reason when I select search for update on the watch software. It says software is up to date and I know for a fact that there is another update as that person I work with has the next version of it. The R810 and mine is still R800.

Galaxy WatchNo solution yet but I went to samsung and they said they might change the motherboard. and that I won't accept it has to be the firmware on the watch that has clashed with sensors because the update caused it. Another thing is it can't be a coincidence that over 60 people now that have bothered to report this issue. I believe there are more people that don't even know they have this issue yet. Another this is I am using s10plus and I noticed that if you go into the plugin that works with the watch it says the plugin is no longer compatible with the device and it has been working perfectly for the last 14 months until now. Why Samsung ? Why ? Please fix this mess with an update or recall all your galaxy watches with this issue.
