Galaxy watch 5 not connecting to smart caddie app getting stuck on "move to hole"

Smart caddie app is not connecting.Can u invest some in this app and make it little better - it looks old and I can never get any value out of Samsung watches.

@sunilgii Have you contacted the developers of that app to see if they have a solution? 

On the Google Play store it looks like it is not rated very well and multiple people are having an issue with one of the updates. 

This is not a Samsung developed app.

Thanks for that suggestion - you are right, I assumed it was Samsung app bec it came licensed with Watch as watch is golf edition. WIll send them a msg.
