The watch face/time is overlapping or see-through trhough other watch apps, and it's kind of annoying even though it's barely visible. You can barely see it on the google screenshot, but a little more on the youtube one. I checked on other apps and just like these, you can barely see it through them.
I don't know if this some screen bug or whatever but is there a way to fix it? I don't recall ever having it this way until a couple moments ago, so if I have to be honest, it could have been right after I showered that it happened. Why did I shower with it? I've showered with it more than twice and went for a swim with it once and nothing happened to it. I guess it doesn't effect it until it effects it...

Yea, I figured it was something like that. My solution was to simply turn off AOD off during the night by using bedtime mode. Didn't think it'd be that simple, lol. Anyways, thanks for the help you two!

What you're seeing is normal. It's called ghosting and will happen from always on display or the charging screen.

It will go away after a few hours of not displaying anything. Samsung uses cheaper displays on their watches after the holidays/new year to my experience with so many watches, I've returned a few for this and had to just accept this on my old watch 5(I just got a watch6c and it does not have ghosting).

It does not appear to damage the display as it does go back after awhile(although all oled panels do wear/burn permanently over time).

I always use always on display and after 7 months the display did not show any signs of permeant damage even with constant ghosting of watch faces and images.

Huh, I see now. Well, it's annoying but if it's normal and doesn't display damage to the internal screen, than I think I'll just have to get used to it. Thank you!

To reduce this occurrence, it may be helpful to turn down the brightness – especially during periods where the always on display (or anything static) is on the screen for a prolonged period of time. 🙂
