Galaxy watch 7 Google wallet says not available on device.

I have seen other people using it. I tried restarting and reinstalling pn both phone and watch. Nothing worked.  I even tried the changing default nfc payment app. Still no fix.

Have you reset the watch itself? Or did you only try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? There is no reason you cannot use the wallet on the watch, unless there's a software error.

Is it possible that you purchased an international version of the device?

Didn't even think of that, but I believe that Google wallet has worldwide use/acceptance, unlike Samsung Wallet, which has yet to have the reach.

I purchased an LTE version from the Samsung India online store. I am assuming it's the international version?

Oh. The focus of tis forum is US products. It is quite possible that Google Wallet is not functional in India and, therefore, will not work on your watch, even if you are currently in the US. You may have better luck getting help by going to the support page/community for India. https://www.samsung.com/visitcountry/

Actually every time i go to that link it just stops me on the home page of Samsung...Google wallet does work on my phone. I also did try resetting it. And i did see a few Indian youtubers using google wallet on the watch.

Scroll down to the bottom and choose your region. You might try messaging those YouTubers and asking how they activated it on the watch.  If your phone is an Indian phone and Google Wallet works on the phone, it should work on the watch.  Since hardware and software configurations differ between regions, you really need to get support from within your region.
