Galaxy watch 7 media controller can't not controll phone's music

I got a galaxy watch 7 paired with a galaxy A55.

Yesterday I went to the gym, and in the middle of my training, I noticed that Samsung Health's built-in media control stopped working mid train. At the time I thought it wasn't that big of a deal. However, today while going to work I found out that every phone's media control no longer works. I don't know if this is related to a update. I need some help media controll is the feature I use the most. 

Just to clarify:

1. My watch is connected to my phone
2. I use YouTube Music, but every popular media player does not work
3. Notifications are enabled for every app (for some reason YouTube Music, Spotify, ... do not show up on notification options)
4. My watch can communicate with the phone. My phone can send notifications, and my watch can control volume.
5. Control music (next music, pause, previous music) do not show up.

Did you reboot the watch? Clear the cache partition?

Same here, after the recent watch update media controls are not working. I've tried everything possible, re pairing, nuking the wearable app, changing watch skins, of course rebooting, nothing works. The very frustrating part that it happens inside galaxy eco system

After reading this I tried my S25 + and Watch 7 44mm. My watch controls my phones audio with no issues.

My problem is solved. I just let my watch at home today, it ran out of battery.

After charging it to 100% it started working fine. Somehow leting it discharge made he watch work again.
