Is there a fix to this problem of pain in the arm where watch is worn? Been having pain all the way to my shoulder most times and eases when watch is taken off. Is this normal or is there a fix? I see other posts with similar issues. Thanks!

I would be happy to look into this further for you. Could you please provide me with your model and serial number for your device in a private message? https://bit.ly/2SUXRar

Thank you.

I had to stop wearing Gear Sport, and switched to Active Watch 2 40mm which is about half the weight of Gear Sport. That made a huge difference in the tendonitis I experienced, and that is usually enough to keep the problem from happening.
Since I switched to AW2 11 months ago, I try not to wear at night, or I take the watch off for a day if I notice any tingle
