Galaxy watch active 2. Help! Screen went crazy

Touch screen I not reacting to touch, or it will go off and change settings on its own.. like running or walking activities start on their own and im not even wearing the watch.

Here is an article that may help get the touchscreen working. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003105 If these steps are not helpful, it is recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
