Just bought the watch 2 months ago and now every time I run it says over heating and shuts down. Only way it stays on if I leave it in my pocket. Can I exchange it under warranty?
Have you tried resetting your watch?
-If yes, I would recommend a service repair. Can you please provide me with the following information in a private message: http://bit.ly/2JH2rq2

I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your watch and the problem is still re-occurring.
My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the watch for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number/IMEI and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago. If the watch has any physical damage and/or is out of warranty, there will be a charge for a repair.

Be careful. Mine did the same thing. It started out gliching then began overheating. I Bought it on May 28. So I sent it back under warranty. Samsung told me that the warranty had been violated because it had water damage. It's rated to 50 meters. So the operator said that the tech decided that it must have been taken beyond the limit the watch can handle. I have a Summer Waves Elite above ground pool 14'x40" round. If it was taken down some 165 plus feet in the ocean there would be salt water damge. Anyway it doesn't seem like I have anything to say about it...... So consider all options carefully.
