My Galaxy active 2 watch started to act strange after the latest software update. First it started with phantom touches , and from yesterday it started to overheats. I did few factory resets and I solved the phantom touches but since yesterday it started to overheats even  2-3 min. after it is turned on. Any suggestions what can be the reason. The watch have never been hit hard or dropped. What else I can do other than reseting it to the factory settings? Thanks ,any help is appreciated!

I understand how concerning this is. Thank you for reaching out. With the reset not correcting the overheating issue, service would be recommended. I did contact someone and I was told to bring my watch ubreakifix store but when I called the store the guy said they don't work on watches. Another thing is my watch now is in boot loop and I found the reason. The watch is pressing the power button by itself and restarts all the time. So it doesn't charge ,if I start pressing the power button on short intervals the watch is working normally, if I stop pressing it the watch shuts off and goes in boot loop.
