I've nearly had my watch a year now and the back button started to play up a bit by working but having to press it a couple times, it then needed to be pressed harder till it is now at the point where it wont work.
Ive done a full reset yet no joy which leads me to the idea that it's a hardware problem, I haven't dropped it or banged it so really this shouldn't be a problem.
Has anyone got a fix just I'm feeling like I should get rid and go with a google watch if I cant get it fixed which is disappointing since I've always had samsung phones.

Button malfunctions on your watch can be caused by physical damage or software issues. However, clean the buttons if there's build up of foreign material like lotion preventing them from properly working. Give this link a try for the buttons not working on a Samsung Smart Watch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003250/
