Galaxy watch classic 4 not appearing for connection

I just got my watch today and I am having trouble  using the wearable app to connect my watch to my phone. Is there anything I can do? I've factory reset the watch. It's stuck on the welcome/wearable page.

Go into the wearable app click on the 3 line menu and select manage devices if there's a device added delete it and try and to do the setup process again

Make sure your under manage devices and not add new device, I should look similar to the image I attached
