Hello Team,
I have connected my watch from one phone to another and post that sensor in my watch is not working, no heart rate monitor, no steps counting. I have also tried resetting the device. Can you please connect to resolve this issue?

I will be happy to look into this further. Does the green light still show on the bottom of the watch?
