I've recently upgraded from s10 plus to the s21 ultra and tried to pair my galaxy watch with it and its stuck on the paring screen. I've tried deleting the wear app and cache but my phone is stuck on pairing and my watch is stuck on let's go. Any help would be well appreciated as I rely on my watch thank you
I was able to bypass the Connect to Phone setup menu on the watch by scrolling down and tapping on the question mark, then selecting the setup without connecting to phone option. Went through the options and when watch was setup, I went to settings and reset it, but kept my phone plan on it. After reset, I was able to do the setup normally through the phone and finished it without getting stuck.
Bill-e, I have the same problem. I have a Samsung Frontier 2 and just purchased a new S21 Ultra. I have tried deleting Wearable and reinstalling it. I cleared cashe. I have checked the blue tooth. I have restarted the watch. I have turned off the wifi as shown in a You Tube video to fix this issue and nothing. Can you please be more detailed on how to fix this. My watch is only 20 months old and worked great on my Note 9. Please help. Thanks,
Have you gone into the watch's settings and all the way at the bottom tried "Pair to a new Watch? I'm pretty sure I paired my Gear S2 to my S21 prior to trading it in for the Watch 3.
