What is happening when you are trying to pair?
Same. I've tried all the trouble shooting with every option. Is this a way to get the consumer to purchase another watch. I shouldn't have to. Is there a way to master reset the watch.
Probably of no use to anyone now, but I got passed this issue by connecting my phone to Wi-Fi. Don't ask me how or why that works, but it did - maybe the watch is using the Wi-Fi through the phone to verify your credentials. Either way give this a try, worked for me.
