Gear S3 with S10

I just switched to the S10 from the S9 and my Gear S3 needed to be wiped to activate on the new phone, I did that, and now no matter how I try to turn off the reactivation lock with my Samsung account it fails. Any tricks on this? I'd like to use my watch..

I only have one Samsung account and using my fingerprint...

I only have one Samsung account and using my fingerprint to verify my password so I know it's correct. I've tried using my password typing it in too, and error message
