I'm just here trying to leave my two cents to help whoever or the company I've had my Samsung Galaxy gear S3 for about a year now and I noticed some defects on it so I sent it off to Samsung I received an email that to repair my watch is about 4000 Mexican pesos when the watch it's only cost $6,000 brand new I've been a loyal customer to Samsung for so long now and yet I didn't receive any benefits I didn't receive any gratitude or anything for being a loyal customer I'm not asking for anything free I'm just disappointed on the over priced repaired on the watch when I could get it brand new for a little bit more.
