General Weight Training

Just a quick question, what does everyone use for general weight training?  I use the weight machines, dumbells, kettlebells, free weights, etc, and have been using the "Weight Machines" option for the activity, but wondering if I'm missing a "General" type weight training activity.  I'm not about to choose each individual exercise as listed, but wanted a more generic option.  So, bottom line, what do YOU use?
