Galaxy WatchI have it turned on on my Active4 but haven't been experiencing the issues you're having. I do remember others reporting similar issues though.

*UPDATE*
Please ensure that you have the latest Software update on your device. This should resolve the symptoms.
Is your device calling 911?
Please make sure to make these changes as a workaround to prevent your device from contacting 911.
Go to the wearables App
Select Watch Settings > Safety & Emergency > Hard Fall Detection > Emergency Number to call and change this number to a number of your choice.

Galaxy WatchThe problem with this is that the last time it happened to me it was the middle of the night. I was asleep and didn't respond so it automatically called 911 and notified my emergency contacts! The 911 operator was very annoyed and my kids were scared! So, it's not always feasible to report it as it is happening. Also, is this issue the same thing that is causing my Galaxy Watch 4 to notify my emergency contacts that" I've moved"? It seems that it is happening to quite a few people. If the feature doesn't work correctly there's not much point in having it!

Galaxy WatchMine has done this three times. I can't take screenshots or report issues because it's already calling 911. I'm sitting still, either on the front row of a play - and no, they weren't yelling - or in a chair minding my own business. This is annoying as all get out. My old Samsung watch didn't do this. I did the hard reset last time and it did it again today. Please make this stop, or I'll have to disconnect my watch from my phone.
