I have tried pressing the home key five times and also slammed my wrist into a wall that should have set a fall detection activation. Why wouldn't this be working?

***Using a Ultra Watch with a zfold 6 phone.

Please submit an error report in the Members app to provide the information directly to Samsung.

Try resetting the Watch. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

If you are still unable to activate the Hard Fall detection, we recommend having the watch evaluated. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair:  http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
