I had a similar issue, and despite telling Samsung, I endured terrible blisters, and the sensor panel was fuming, and I had proof, their monotonous reply appalled me. They couldn't even pay for the shipping, and I am skeptical that they will replace the unit.
The heat from the sensor panel was so severe that the protector and the sticky pad got stuck to my skin and still blistered and burnt.
