Galaxy WatchDoes anyone know how to adjust calories after an exercise is finished? I have a Watch 7
For example, during indoor cycling or on an elliptical trainer, users can set different difficulty levels (e.g., level 2 vs. level 14), which significantly impacts the actual calories burned. However, the Health App currently doesnāt account for this variation.
I have not found it yet, but, there should be an option to manually adjust the calorie count after completing an exercise. Ideally, the app should also remember this adjustment the next time the same exercise is selectedāsimilar to how MyFitnessPal works.
For now, Iāve had to crop the workout duration to lower calories or let the exercise keep running after Iāve finished to increase them, which throws off the heart rate data. This workaround isnāt accurate or user-friendly.
Calorie adjustment should be available for all exercises where pace or intensity levels vary, so users can better reflect their real effort and results.
Suggestions welcome please.

Galaxy WatchYou cannot change or edit the calories burned. On some workouts you can add notes, however, and you can add your machine total to the notes field. Has it occurred to you that the calorie counters on the equipment may be wrong? Often gyms adjust them to make it feel like members are accomplishing more than they actually are. The watch measures your physiology since it is physically on your body, so my guess would be more accurate based on your HR values, muscle mass, etc. The machines cannot possibly measure your BMI, they rely on user input and, c'mon, how many users put in the correct info.
