How can I edit the AWAKE or SLEEP time on my Samsung Health App? 

Some days it's just off, as far as how much sleep I got.

In the past, I've been able to delete, or tweak, certain sleep sessions, but I can't even find it now.

Go to the sleep tile and tap the dot menu and set a new target.

What I mean is, If I'm sitting somewhere waiting quietly or watching a movie, and it tells me I was sleeping, I want to be able to delete that specific sleep episode.

I have insomnia, so if I'm laying in bed trying to sleep for an hour and a half, I want to be able to remove that as well.

You can delete it if it shows a a separate time frame. If youve been sitting still for a while, it's easier to check if it registered a sleep session and just delete it. However if you go into your sleep tile and tap the dot menu, you will have the option to delete a specific sleep session. You cannot delete a portion of a sleep session that was recorded as one session

Ok, I understand.

Can a sleep session be altered/can the actual times be adjusted or corrected?

Not that I am aware. I have gotten into the habit of checking for sn erroneous sleep session after I've been relaxing for a while.
