Help!: Enable Google Play Services

My Galaxy Z Flip 5 got disconnected from Watch 5. I get this message and don't know how to resolve. Please help!

I had that happen and I had to do a factory reset to fix it,I hope you don't have to do that

Thanks to all. Nothing worked. Did a factory reset. All good.
