How do I connect a galaxy watch series device to a tablet?

My phone's bluetooth is not working, so i tried connecting the watch to my tablet and "No devices found"!

Is there a way to fix it? Or do i need to use it unpaired?

Also would be helpful if there was a guide on how to install wearos on that watch, any custom roms? Any official way?
