I have the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. I have switched the Phone calls toggle to off in the Bluetooth settings. This does not work, the watch still receives phone calls along with my phone. I also tried disconnecting the watch in the Bluetooth, but it stays connected. Is turning off Bluetooth the only way to disable the phone calls on the watch?
Have you looked into doing a hard reboot on the watch? I have the galaxy watch 2 but I haven't used it in two years, but I thought I was able to hard reboot it somehow. Also maybe try a hard reboot on your phone as well? Hold the power button and volume button at the same time on your phone. I don't know what phone you have but most phones are done that way.
