How do I send a smartwatch to Smaug for repair of pin on broken watchband?

The pin on my Classic 4 Watch band broke and I can't remove the band. No one has been able to fix it at CPR or Verizon so my next step is Samsung.

If you don't mind ruining the band, just get a pair of tin snips and cut through the band and the PIN to release it.

Bands are so cheap that it'd be less of a hassle just to cut the band/pin
