How does the watch increase/decrease the screen brightness?

The phone use the camera to increase or decrease the screen brightness.

How the watch do the same ??? At least I dont see any sensor.

Are you asking how the galaxy watch adjusts its brightness automatically?
There is actually a sensor embedded just below the screen
On the galaxy watch 3 its near the bottom right corner of the display
On the original galaxy watch it was near the bottom middle
Don't know where it's at on the galaxy watch 4 as I don't have that device.
If you want to take a look for yourself try finding a bright enough light and shine it at the watch's display while it's off. Should look like an orangish/brownish circular shape hiding under the screen

Look at your colors. They are good. Do not want to be mean but I learned the hard way to check before you just do what people say.
