I have the Watch 3, LTE version, and while I love it, I've gone to a TicWatch Pro 3 for now. I'm beginning to really like the WearOS, it has the apps that I had with the Apple Watch I had, and honestly, I think the Watch 3 is of a better build quality. BUT, that being said, there are some problems with the Watch 3, like inconsistent heart rate values when one looks at the hourly HR info, no 24/7 SpO2 monitoring, and honestly, compatibility with other apps. Wear OS solves these problems, and the TicWatch does indeed have 24/7 SpO2 monitoring, along with somewhat better sleep tracking. I will keep the TicWatch until I see what Samsung does with the new iteration, WearOS, and if it's decent, will probably go back to the Samsung.
