Help! I've just changed the screensaver on my watch and cannot get it to switch h back on. I put it on charge and it charges. I've done the hold poqer button for 5-10 seconds whilst charging but it's not having any of it. Is there anything else I can try? Panicking a bit now cos its only weeks old. .

If your watch's battery is completely discharged, it will not power on. You'll need to charge it before turning it on. If the watch will not power on or is running low on battery and doesn't seem to charge, the problem could be anything from the battery, connection, the charger, or the watch itself.

Give this link a try for step to trouble your watch not powering on: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003100/

Have you tried hard resetting your watch?

-Give these steps a try to do a hard reset on your watch:

  1. Back up data on the internal memory.
  2. Turn the Galaxy Watch Active2 off.
  3. Press and hold the Power key until REBOOTING displays at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Press the Power key three times quickly until the Select REBOOT MODE screen displays.
  5. Press the Power key several times to highlight ' Recovery'.
  6. Press and hold the Home key for three seconds to select, until the Galaxy Watch Active2 begins rebooting.

If you are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. Can you please provide me with the following information in a private message: http://bit.ly/2JH2rq2
