I am trying to remove Google and Samsung accounts from my Watch4 Classic

I can't figure out how to remove the Samsung account and when I try to remove Google account it says remove failed. Any ideas? I need to send it back for a trade in.

Just reset the watch from wear app on the phone under Watch Settings >General.

Yes, don't pair with the phone after reset. Test turning off and on. You should see this.
