Galaxy WatchI reset my Galaxy Watch SM-R800. First I did a back-up, then after the reset I restored the backup. The timer is gone. Purple Hour Glass icon timer. I tried to go through the Galaxy Wearable app on my phone, but the "Store" is completely empty except faces and a golf app.

Galaxy Watch@TURNz The SM-R800 was introduced in 2018 and is Tizen OS based. Sorry but Samsung ended Tizen watch support. Therefore you can no longer get the appropriate apps from the Samsung Galaxy Store.

Galaxy WatchAll these people act as if Samsung is supposed to support their apps and gear indefinitely and never discontinue anything.

Galaxy WatchThere was a notice on all Tizen devices and in the announcements tab of the members app (the little bullhorn on the top of the discover page). about the discontinuation of support. Who's fault is it if someone doesn't tap on the orange dot indicators to see what the announcement is? Pretty sure it was also announced on the community corner page as well.

Galaxy WatchI have never used this forum until today. Speaking of Notifications, how about a notification when I RESET letting me know that because TIZEN is no longer supported, I will lose 30% of the watch's native functionality?
I'm not asking for new programs or features. I am asking that when I reset the watch, AFTER backing it up, that it at least return to functionality it had when I bought it. If I reset my old Galaxy S8 phone, it retains all of it's native apps.

Galaxy WatchThe end of Tizen support was not top secret information. They ended support last June. There was a roll down schedule. I believe it was also newsworthy and there were articles about it. I saw the notification in a few different places If I am not mistaken there may even have been an email to Samsung account holders (I could be wrong, as I get so much email from Samsung, I just ignore most of it.) Sorry, you didn't see any of the notices, they specifically said that if you had to reset your watch you would not be able to get certain apps back, but everything would continue to work if you didn't have to reset. I'm actually surprised your battery is still operational.
