Galaxy WatchTo turn it off, just go to watch settings on your watch or wearable app. Scroll down and look for Accessibility. Go to Accessibility and scroll down to "Interactions." Touch that section, and you can turn off universal gestures.

Galaxy WatchHi @Raime, So glad you reach out to the Samsung Community. I know that's frustrating for your watch to be acting differently. I was wanting to reach back out to agree with @patriciostarr, and I was wondering if your issue has been resolved or if you're still having the same problem.
