Incoming calls display <number>;verstat...

I have the Samsung Galaxy watch and Android Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phone. The watch used to display the name of the caller based on the Contacts in my phone. That stopped working months ago and now just display the number in the form "<phonenumber>;verstat...". This is pretty useless. I have to pull out my phone to see who the caller is.

Why is it doing this and how can I fix it?

when you can reproduce the issue or when it happens again, report issue to Wear app > menu > contact us > error report.

This ALWAYS happens, so is entirely reproducible. Are you saying this should be posted in wear app? Where is wear app? How do I get to it?
