Is there ever going to be a fix for wake commands?

I have seen these threads for years and it usually goes the same direction.

Complaint.
Patronizing "understanding" that everything will be ok.

Usual suggestions (restart, reset, double check all settings)

Then directed to physical location for "repairs"

Repairs tell you there is nothing wrong with the watch and to go back to tech support.

Eventually just give up and live with the shortcomings.

Here is the issue that I know many others have with the Galaxy watch.

Gestures like a Raise to wake and Universal gestures don't work unless you are perfectly vertical, meaning it won't work if lying down so you are forced to touch screen to wake up.

You can even turn on AOD, and yes, the screen will stay "On" but it's not really active.

I've done raise to wake thousands of times but only works perfectly if I'm sitting or standing upright. Lying down I could raise and twist and shake and nothing will wake it up.

I can only guess Samsung set the accelerometer with too much of a margin of error to prevent unnecessary wake ups and drain the battery.

So then I got the idea if I use a Universal Feature, it might work better because it is more if a specific movement that shouldn't get mixed up often enough to be a problem... BUT, for those gestures to work the watch display must be "ON" AND "ACTIVE".

So is there ever going to be a fix for this or at least an option to toggle to allow the watch to work with 1 hand and with more body positions to get the screen to go "Active?"

Case in point, I have my smart light controls on my watch and it would be nice while laying in bed to make a gesture (broad or specific) with just my watch hand to Activate the screen and allow me to turn the lights off without having to sit upright just to press 2 buttons

There is nothing wrong with each specific watch because too many people have the same issues so going to a repair shop is a waste of time.

There is actually nothing "wrong" with our watches except for software and/or movement tracking.

So can we please send this to wherever and whoever needs to see it and get a fix for something that has been a problem for years?

@HiveGuardian I'm not having these issues with my watches. Have you submitted feedback via Galaxy Wearable -> floating icon -> 3 dots -> Settings -> Contact us -> Send feedback -> Paper airplane icon

Yes. If you read what I wrote it says I as well as many others deal with this. Google it. I specifically said don't tell me to go down the normal path of support. It's been done and failed repeatedly

It's an example that isn't too convoluted to understand. But yeah, that was helpful... Thanks ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Ok, let me make a simpler concept.

Even if I have AOD enabled, I need to see information on a complication before going to bed. I either have to tap the screen (which for this example is COMPLETELY unnecessary) or sit/stand up or thrash around to get the screen to "Wake" to read the complication info
