Issues with shipping/fulfillment center/customer service

Galaxy Watch

I ordered the watch in Nov16th. The extra band I ordered at the same time delivered to me in 2 days. Over several phone conversations with customer service and supervisors it was told to me that I will get it by Nov30th. Well here it is Nov 29th and it still shows in process and they got sneaky and changed the delivery date to Dec 10th now. And all anyone at samsung do is note the account and supposedly escalate it. BUT it's going to be 3 business days before we see if anything happens with that. I'm not hopeful. What do I have to do to get someone to actually do something? Who can I contact? Us131206237
