I've been trying to use the Blood Pressure on my Watch 3 for 2 days and keep getting a failure message. The developer have done a update and it's sad that Samsung is using this app that is trash. Samsung, develop your own or find someone else.

Right. I don't understand why Samsung didn't develop the heart pressure monitor like they did with the ECG.
