Keeps disconnecting from Galaxy Wearable App on Samsung A70

Had online chat with Customer Service who told me to soft reset phone and switch on and off my Galaxy 46mm watch. Worked once, fault continue s. Asked if she could investigate underlying/repeated problems. Was told that there could be multiple reasons, and could therefore not provide any further information. Come on Samsung , what is the solution? I also had as Twitter conversation with Samsung about the fact that it is impossible to enter the Samsung members lucky dip! There is another as yet unsolved problem!
