Man I have the galaxy watch ultra. I bought it through Verizon along with my Z Fold 6 right? So both are unlocked or whatever. I can't get Metro to help me out at all! I've called customer service a lot of times trying to see why my watch refuses to call or text whenever my phone dies, or even if I leave it at home I'm stuck with just a watch with a fancy face on it! I've looked all over online to find no solid answer on how to fix it. I have their 10 dollar watch data plan and had to add a line and it even has a number to my watch. Can someone please help me. ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ
As @Ekamek has stated you need to contact Verizon to have the network lock removed. You shouldn't have to as required by law, carriers are slow to do so.
