LTE vs Bluetooth

I am getting ready to purchase two active 2 lte watches and was wanting to know that if in six months from now I do not use the lte and cancel my service will my watch still work via Bluetooth only?

Yes, your watch will still work with just bluetooth even if you cancel your LTE plan.
