I had a CT scan of my arteries and significant blockage was found. I've also noticed that my resting HR drops into the 50's while sleeping. I know that people in better condition have lower resting HR's. But, I went into setting and set my low heart rate at 40. I also had to set the HR monitoring to Continuous for this option. I would like there to be an audible alarm to sound, while I'm asleep, to alert me if my HR drops below 40 beats. Unfortunately I can't find this option in the Health setting or in the Wear app(health option). I know there's fall detection but this doesn't help when I'm sleeping. This is for the Galaxy Watch 4.

I have the same watch and I haven't had this exact issue but I do know of some friends that wear bands at night just for bed and that purpose or to try and set routines I know they get expensive but I see a lot of reasonable ones in the 20-100 range but I'm not sure if and how well they work. Here's one I just found that seems decent, if you can't find an option on the watch.
