Manage content and mobile plans greyed out since updating my Watch 5

So since I downloaded this update the Wear App on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is showing Manage Content aka pictures and music and mobile plans is greyed out.

You can't enable those settings from the watch their only availability thru the Wear App on my phone. Boy these updates break things. 

The update also removed the restart option on my Watch 5. I can only turn it off now.

Uinstalling and reinstalling the Wear App fixed these issues however there is still no restart option on my Watch 5.
