I used to use my Watch Active2 with my Galaxy Buds to run but now the volume is so low I can't hear my media when I run. I turn the media volume all the way up to 15 and can barely hear it in a quiet environment. I've tried different bluetooth earbuds and all devices are up to date. Also, the volume seems loud enough through the watch's internal speaker.
This happened to me. I googled it. I had to go in to the wearable app and change what the left and right long press did on the buds. Then I was able to long press to turn volume all the way up. Not sure how or why that what the issue, but it worked.
