I had a touchscreen issue and the company claimed that motherboard is to be replaced. But they say it is not covered in warranty.  What is left for warranty if they don't cover motherboard in warranty. They say it is dropped and that's the reason for this. But mobile can be dropped but watch is mostly in hand and chances are rare. And also it was perfectly fine without any crack and never dropped. The issue is if they can't cover warranty for motherboard, so the warranty is for belt?????

Hello!

Based on the model code of the device this is the most likely country of origin, check with your retailer for sure: https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/model/SM-R820NZSATTT/

Good evening, I have had a chance to review your file. Based on the Model code and serial number of the device, it is a non-US model otherwise called an international model. Regretfully this means the device holds no US warranty. The US service centers can repair the device, but require payment; as the device is not under a US warranty. You are welcome to contact the retailer to find your country of origin for the device and contact their Samsung branch in order to seek in-warranty repairs. .......How can i know it is made for which country and from where i will get the warranty as it was neither mentioned all this when i bought it nor you had mentioned now..!?? Kindly let me know the country i will claim from that country.
