I've read every single forum entry regarding this. Tried resetting multiple times and it doesn't do anything. The 'resetting' screen will show up but then the device will just shut down.

When I charge it, it will show 0% but that's about it. I've tried 2 separate chargers, both originals.

There was one time where it showed that it was overheating or something. I read somewhere that these watches sometimes have issues with overheating and the heart rate monitor but no fix.

Please help. Don't know what to do. I just bought the watch about 3 months ago from Best Buy. Everything was working perfectly until a week ago when it just died all of a sudden.

I understand how disappointing this is. Thank you for that information and the troubleshooting steps you have already tried. I would recommend having the device evaluated by a certified repair technician.
