My Galaxy Watch 5 Pro wont receive calls while connected to my phone

My watch 5 pro won't receive phone calls from my phone while connected via Bluetooth. My watch still receives notifications and send and receive text messages that come to my phone but it won't receive phone calls that come to my phone. It does get phone calls that are coming to the watches phone number even while being connected to my phone via Bluetooth. Does anyone know how to fix this or what could be causing it?

You would need to contact your carrier and find out why
number share is not working.

Yea with At&t it's called numbersync but if I'm correct number sync is only for when you watch isn't connected to your phone and it can still recieve calls that come to your number. I thought when your watch and phone are connected via Bluetooth the what is supposed to act like a pair of Bluetooth headphones?

No, your watch is a LTE model, it has it's own number. The only way to get calls on it is to have number sync turned on. If I am not mistaken that's how it now works.

Robin, my phone rings on both the watch and phone when connected by BT (it's an LTE watch) without my turning anything on or off. I can answer on either device. I have the equivalent of number sync (DIGITS by T-Mobile). The watch number cannot be called diectly. If the OP is able to get calls through the watch number, sync was not done correctly. However, the calls should still go to the watch when linked via BT, just as with a BT only watch.
